Nowadays, the political, philosophical, economical, and the social world are divided among two tendencies and theories that shape our position and point of view regarding some issues and topics. So, there are tendencies of the left or right, conservatism or liberal, socialism or capitalist. Those ideologies and tendencies are in the daily basis as the main topics of discussion in politics, economics, philosophy and society.
First of all, in politicians describe themselves as either from the right or left, conservatism or liberal. In the United States, either democrats (left) or republicans (right). Those who ten personally d to be in the left side favor for a big government, equal life conditions for every citizens, increase in taxes to finance social programs such as health care, social security, and affordable education for every children. Moreover, they see themselves as liberal who believe in the freedom and liberty of individual. For example the freedom of choice in case of abortion and same sex marriage. In other words, they tend not to interfere in people moral and believe that the government should not be dealing with or regulating that.
On the other side, we have those who describe are conservatists, in the right, republicans. Those who believe in those ideologies are the ones who support the equal opportunity for all the people. This means that each person according to his efforts and merits. They also vow for a strong and efficient military and tough and influential foreign policy. Regarding social issues facts and issues, they believe that the government should regulate people’s moral and ethics. That is why; their ideologies support moral and religious values while the same time stand against abortion and same sex marriage. All those tendencies are often and strongly debated in the politics in the matters of public policy.
Secondly, for economics, the same debate still goes on and is getting hotter in the way that both politicians and economist, people argue about whether or not the governments should involve, regulate, and interfere in the economy. Thus, those of the left as socialist, liberal believe that the government has such an important role to play in the economy; they can regulate it so that to avoid scandal and others mismanagement, inequalities of good’s distribution, and abuse.
On the opposite side, the right conservatist and capitalist want that the government should have less involvement in the regulation of the free market economy. The free market has to regulate itself in order to avoid some restrictions and violations of peoples’ rights and freedom by the government. In the same way, they support lower taxes, no government spending to finance social programs
In my opinion, I do believe that the government should regulate the entire economy in accordance of the business capitalist; because the recent financial and economic crisis can justify that the intervention of government in the economy is necessary and also one of the best options to not be taken apart.

The danger of global warming on animals and plant species
In Bhattacharya's article, "Global warming threatens millions of species", she states that because of global warming, many species of animals may disappear in the future. That means that this phenomenon is a big danger for some animals and plants and may bring some negative outcome in their future, because they are facing extermination, location problem, and exploitation by individuals.
First, as the climate is changing and the planet is getting warm, some scientists have noticed that in the early upcoming year, most of the animals and plant species would be more likely to not exist. Because the global warming is attacking their habitual areas and affects their ability to live well, those animals will be required to run away from their places to another. Therefore, that movement will be the cause of their desperation; for example, if bears have to leave from snow if the global warming gets there, because the areas in which they went to live by escaping the climate change may not be compable for them, as a result they will be exposed to death.
Secondly, the problem of location might be counted also as one reason. Some animals have lost their ideal area because of the collapse or a big damage, for instance, the tsunami's phenomenon. In addition, as the earth contains this multitude of animal species the space has to be large in order to shelter all of those. If not, a danger may occur. Regarding plants, some of them require low temperature and cool climate. But the difficulties can be indicated if they are located in the area in which the climate is harm; there is no way those plants to live longer and push quickly.
Finally, some people have a wrong exploitation of animal use, they often find some rare species of animals to catch and use for making clothes suitable with the climate. For instance, as climate is getting hotter, some humans will need to make some clothes that can fit to any kind of climate change. Moreover, the use of plants by some chemist for certain chemical solutions or combinations should be mentioned as a danger that some rare plants have encountered, because they often try to find species that are not really easy to be found. Therefore, those species might become rare and at the end they may be lost.
To conclude, I would say that those realities of climate change and global warming are permanent problems, and can cause damages to species such as animals and plants, because they will be expected to die; they may be extinguished or lost. The global warming pushes them to change for a new environment that cannot even accept their race. Because of that, as the danger is noticed, it is very interesting to take a step to prevent the phenomenon and try to protect the existence of some species of animals or plants that are seldom to be found from the situation that might damage them and their future.

In Black's article," Florida Races fuels Cuban-American pride". He explains the evolution of Cuban American in Florida ( Miami), how they have settled in. First, he mentions the first opportunity given to those people to get representation in the congress through Jack. D. Gordon and their concern about that opportunity. Then, he claims that Cuban American political class represents an intensive force in Miami. he also underlines the structure change of the Florida's district from the Democratic liberal to the Republic conservative during Pepper's period. Next, he says that this Cuban American race is strongly united because of their ethnicity and they consider each other. That's what proves their interest for the congress elections of their representative, because according to the analysis, they represent a higher percentage of the turnout rate of voters compared with non Cuban American. Finally, he mentions the oppositions and the comparisons between the Native Cuban American candidates and the Non Native Cuban American candidates.

Korean Leaders Meet in Pyongyang
Reference
Sang-Hun, C. (2007, October 2). Korean Leaders Meet in Pyongyang. Retrieved October 2, 2007, from the New York Times. http://www.nytimes.com/world/Asia.html
Summary
According to Sang-Hung (2007), in his article, "Korean Leaders Meet in Pyongyang", he explains the two Koreas (North and South) are undertaking a new step for peace negotiations. First, he states that the visit of the South Korean President turned on economic assistance, diplomatic affairs and peace. Moreover, he also writes how the North Korean population has welcomed the South Korean President with honors. Next, he mentions the talks that have to be between the U.S.A., other countries, and South and North Korea during the summit about North Korea's nuclear program, which is supposed to be stopped. Then, he claims that the South Korean President is very determined and concerned about cooperation with North Korea. In the end, he underlines that despite this step for reconciliation, some political actors in Seoul are criticizing the issue.
Reaction
To see this process for peace between these two countries is really interesting; actually there is no way to talk about development without that step. As we know from the past, these two countries could not get along with each other; there were no diplomatical relations between them. but the world goes forward and the realities and mentalities change. In this step of reconciliation, if the two Koreas may hold this opportunity to solidify their cooperation, I hope that in the next day, they might enlarge their political issues; as they start with economics and peace, others would be on the table of their discussion, such as security, culture, defense, and society.
These gestures and concerns manifested by the South Korean president are admirable, because it is very seldom for politicians to tip their hands to their rivals for a sort of discussion, but he did it by leaving from his country to where they had conflicts before without caring about insecurity. but another option shows that this visit has a hidden agenda. so it is not only for peace and economic issues, but political ones too, about North Korean's nuclear program, which has been targeted by most international leaders.
In fact, in my opinion, this issue can be analyzed in two approaches, which are political and diplomatic. In the first approach the affair is more likely to be for peace agreements, economic exchange, and extension of cooperation. But in the second one, I presume that the South Korean President is about to convince his counterpart of the North on cancellation of his nuclear program by being an intermediary for the international community and other countries. In other words, politics and diplomacy usually turn around interest, benefit, and exchange, whatever the circumstances and issues. Nevertheless, what is essential here is to see how these two countries renew their neighborly relations and how North Korean President has reserved a great welcome for his counterpart.

Sarkozy, a Frenchman in a Hurry, Maps His Path

Summary
According to Sciolino, E. & Smale, A. in their article, "Sarkozy, a Frenchman in a Hurry, Maps His Path", they are explaining the vision of the French President about the European Union and the NATO's military and they classify president Sarkozy in the same political tendency as de Gaule. First, they write that the French President wants to lead both powers of France and Europe to be in the same level with the U.S. They mention his position regarding the situation of Iran, in underlining the speech's difference between him and his foreign minister and between his views and those of the President Bush. About the NATO, they show the two points of the President which are the cognition of the independent European defense by the U.S. and the impact of France in the NATO's administration. Then next, they relate the visit of the President of France in the U.S. And his statements of admiration about the American society. Finally, they mention the suspension of all activities of France in Iran and state the position of them about the non implication in Iraq's situation
Reaction
This issue shows that the President of France wants to develop a sort of power and leadership in his political system. To analyze the strategies, speeches, and statements made by him, I personaly think that he is too ambitious in politics; he extends the vision and anticipates the political stakes. In my opinion, this makes him deserve a positive side because all those things are really important in politics, especially in the International Relations. Moreover, he feels like to make his country, and Europe, more powerful like before in the decisions of foreign politics and diplomacy. The French President always aspired to a sort of influential political career in being exceptional or different from others in opinions and political issues. For example, after taking the leading of France, we saw him negotiating the liberation of some twelve Bulgarian physician detainees in Libya for eight years; therefore, his political actions are sometimes those of a right and responsible man.
The position of the French President about Iran is appreciable, because Iran has always been condemned by most international leaders for its nuclear program; it is really interesting to see Mr.Sarkozy suspend all activities of his country there, so that Iran's leader could make an effort to respect the resolutions and recommendations of the U.N. But the evidence is that the President of France is sometimes pretentious, despite all his political actions; he is opinionated, he seems to be radical and less opened; however, we are noticing sometimes in the International politics the errand of power between U.S.A and France, because for a long time those two countries have always been the giants of world politics which deal with each other in some International issues.

Putin Shuffles Government, Posing Mystery
Reference
Chivers, C.J (2007, September 12). Putin Shuffles Government, Posing Mystery. Retrieved September 13, 2007 from the New York Times. http://nytimes.com
Summary
In Chivers's article, "Putin Shuffles Government, Posing Mystery", he tries to explain how and why the Russian President Has nominated one of his closest men Mr. Zubkov, as a Prime Minister, after accepting the resignation of the former Prime Minister Mr. Fradkov. He then says that this surprising nomination is the object of analysis and comments by some political actors and diplomats who are arguing to find out the main reason of the President for doing that. Next, he shows how the elections are organised and how the results are treated in Russia. He also underlines that the choice of that nomination should be approved by the parliament. In the end, he mentions the career of the nominated Prime Minister in other functions before this one and gives some statements and points of view of the former advisor to the Minister of economy, Mr. Remchukov, about the nominated Prime Minister.
Reaction
In politics, the games and strategies are sometimes used, but as I perceive this nomination, they must probably have a major hidden reason. According to me, the Russian President is using a sort of stratagem, in spite of the opinions of some politicians. He is seeking to prepare his successor and his support for the next president. As shown in the article, the actual Prime Minister is one of Putin's confidants, with whom he shares the same political views and ideologies. Probably, that might have influenced Mr. Putin to choose Mr. Zubkov for the presidency. The President is making himself more discrete; that is a positive side for a real statesman to not allow the public opinion to easily figure out your aspiration. The resignation of the former Prime Minister seems to be one of the government's secrets, which are sometimes difficult to be revealed because of some political realities. Who knows if that resignation was pushed or influenced by the President? That remains to be known.
The ideological reality is really considered in politics to preserve power and force, which are important elements in the sector. it's usually something done by a president by the end of his mandate in order to influence the successor to have the same polical tendency. Such an event happened recently in France. The former President Mr. Chirac had used Mr. Villepin as a Prime Minister to prepare him for the elections and to push back Mr. Sarkozy for the errand of Elysee because Mr. Villepin had the same political ideology as Mr. Chirac, compared to Mr. Sarkozy, despite the fact that they were all in the same political party. Surprisingly, Mr. Sarkozy was a favorite candidate in the party.
This is to illustrate how stakes are in politics and to state that the hidden diary of the Russian President is about his succession as he seemed to prepare Mr. Zubkov for the Presidency by making him maybe more responsible or by observing the way he will accomplish the task in order to have an idea about his choice for a candidate. Although that nomination has to get by the parliament for approval, there will be very little effect as a result because he is supervising everything, even in this parliament. In addition, the parliament is supposed to be independent for controlling all the government actions, but on the contrary, this one is not able to escape from the President's domination. At least a bad side about Mr. Zubkov is that he is not strongly well known as an influential political man; that's why his nomination creates some debates, but sometimes politics reserves surprises; that's why the Russian President is still trusting. And like all politicians, he may be thinking about both strategies and choices for the elections, after he leaves from the presidency.

U.N. Chief Heads to Sudan

Summary
In this article "U.N.Chief Heads to Sudan", the author shows the concern and the ultimate wish of the U.N.Secretary General for peace in Sudan, and precisely in Darfur, where violence is increasing day after day. He explains that in order to stop those conflicts, which have caused a good amount of deaths in the population, two tasks had to be done. The first one is to deploy a mixed-peacekeeper force between the U.N. and the A.U. The second one is to push and to create a scheme for negotiations and peace between all the parties in conflicts. In order to do so he needs also the implication and the support of Sudan's president and government.
According to the author, both the U.N. Secretary General and Sudan's U.N. ambassador have expressed their willingness for peace in Darfur despite the fact that some difficulties might be encountered. Then, he talks about the wish of the U.N.Secretary General to help Sudanese refugees both in Chad and in the North part of Cental Africa. He then mentioned the source of those conflicts in Sudan which have caused the deaths of many people. In the end, he underlined the next step that the U.N.Secretary General will take in Libya to resolve issues with the rebel's group about peace agreements.
Reaction
I personally think that this idea is very nice because when I look at the Sudanese situation in Darfur, they are really suffering due to the political conflicts between the government and the rebel's force; furthermore, those two parties are accusing each other of the violence and the massacre but they express no feelings to stop fighting, killing, and destroying the population. One really important thing about that situation in Darfur concerns the U.N.Secretary General. Here is a man, a right ambitious political man, who has a vision about things and works with determination. This act is appreciable because it deserves it. Even if the situation seems complicated, for a politician it requires an open mind to change the situation; or another way to continue toward the goal.
The U.N. Secretary General is setting an example by trying to bring peace in a territory which is in total disorder and terrible violence. This solution is hard to be obtained in an environment where all conditions are not yet gathered. The U.N. Secretary General's determination proves that he is a good international leader because he wants to respect the main objectives of the U.N., which are to maintain peace and security in the entire world. Another important person is Sudan's U.N.ambassador; despite all those difficult conditions of his country, he shows his patriotism for peace in Darfur. This is a very good factor in politics because in order to serve your country you first need to love it.
The negotiations have always had an impact on achieving peace and without that it is difficult to get to the progress and development of the country. According to me the step that the U.N.Secretary General is undertaking in Darfur must call upon all Sudan's government to take real steps to cease fire because the fight for the power has a big impact on the civil population. They die every day and many of them leave their country, their residences, and their families to get abroad, just because the leaders are fighting for power. Also all political leaders of the world should be called on to resolve this situation.

SUMMARY
This article talks about the political situation in iraq, especially the governmental crisis that the Prime Minister Nouri Al Maliki is undergoing. The author mentions that the crisis is due to the resignation from the government of some political factions. He claims that those factions are condemning the irresponsability of the Maliki's government about the Sunni's concerns and the US army's presence. Next he shows how this situation does not affect the Iraqi Prime Minister because he is being supported by the US president and he counts on other support in his country, even in the Sunni community, especially the support of Sittar (the leader of a tribal alliance in Anbar province. Finally he underlines some disadvantages of that coalition which engenders some debate in the Iraqi political area.
REACTIONS
That situation seems to be very complicated and difficult. In my opinion, the government role is to lead the political machine of the country and from that it requires more attention to the daily evolution of the country. Something that Iraqi political class misses is the general interest of the population because they have been watching the situation as if they are all trying to preserve their own personnal interest and for their part.
In the political arena, the dialogue is really necessary to avoid instability in the country, but likely Iraq's Prime Minister is not about to consider that reality and hesitates to approach a kind of talk with the resigned faction from the government and attempts to count on other's support, even in the Sunni's factions, Especially the one of Sittar. That can be a little bit mistaken, because of the political position of Sittar. He has no majority in the parliament, something very important that can influence in some case in the political stakes. In addition, compared with those who abandoned the government, this one seems to be less influential and not a real statesman. On the other side that coalition can also be possible to be saved, despite some imperfections, at least to find efficient strategies to overcome those realities. But there is another aspect to not forget about; it's Maliki's circle. Their position can positively or negatively affect the debate.
So, about Tawafiq and other factions that have resigned from the government. According to me, that can be irresponsable, because it brakes the country's step in some field. In conclusion, i would say that the actual situation in which Iraq is crossing , it is very necessary for his political class to undertake a kind of private upkeep to search for the central solutions that will satisfy both the politicians and the population, instead of facing each other, which is going to deepen tendacies as well in the Sunni community with Sittar and as Maliki's closer.
